Submit a Ticket - IT Team
Guidelines
- Try to make your ticket as clear as possible, by adding all the details and context, you think it is related to the issue.
- Click on Browse to add your screenshots or screen records
- Use keywords in the subject, to make it high priority, like "Important"
- Don't repeat your tickets, you can communicate with us on your ticket in order to ask about feedback
- If your ticket is successfully submitted you should got redirected to successfully submitted page, where you can find the id of your ticket.
